Cookie is a big big baby. He's going to be a large cat! He is super soft and super sweet once he gets to know you! He does need a special home. He is scared and will require patience and tenacity. But it will be worth the effort! I do plan to bring Cookie to my home after some kittens are adopted and try to work with him, but if someone wants to try before then that would be in Cookie's favor!
