Eddy is a playful 3 year terrier/ShihTzu mix boy

Playful little Eddy was found matted and flea infested and was totally neglected.  Because of the fact that he was neglected, a Barc volunteer rescued him and convinced his clueless owner to release him to her and to Barc to find a loving home.  After he was groomed,  a beautiful, lovable little terrier/ShihTzu mix boy was found.  For more information about him, please call the Barc hotline at 951-845-1513 and leave a message.
