Skipper is a great lil guy that we have here @ BARC!! He is a long haired Chih mix who weighs about 7 lbs. Skipper is a great catch since he does well with other dogs and cats. Skipper is also VERY intelligent, and quite the lil Romeo. Skipper's adoption fee is $200 which INCLUDES his neutering and vaccinations.
